Hi , Inside quadruple room , There are only 2 options : 1 . 2 double beds ( 6 feets and 5 feets size of bed ) 2 . 1 double bed ( 6 feets ) and 2 single beds ) For this room , - 4 people with fan costs 700 bahts per night and 5 people costs 800 baht

Quick Stay in Bangkok

They waited for us because our flight landed at 1am and they were so kind to us. The beds were comfy and the WiFi and room amenities were good. We kept the air conditioning on a lot and it really helped. Really good location and we managed to get taxis everyday from outside the 7/11 which was less than 5 minutes away.

The showers were cold, which was okay because it was humid and hot but we didn't have any hot water.

All and all, was a meh place

Location is the best from that place

Bathroom was so small, no space to shower Was dirty, but only if you would really pay attention and not at first glance

Very Good

Very very good value for money. The staff was polite and communicative, the room was nice and clean, ventilation working, beds comfortable. I also kind of liked the overall cosy feel of the accomodation. I felt like it didn't put up any appearances, it just is what it says it is - a decent, more than reasonably priced place to stay in central Bangkok.

We were provided with towels and some tissues, but no shampoo, soap and things like that, so just be aware of this. And a couple of other minor things to note, not really complaints: the location is quite nice, near the city hall or the Golden Mount Temple, but it is about a 20minute walk from the nearest subway station (Sam Yot). There is also no elevator, so be ready for climbing some stairs.

Best Location. Good for Family. Very Affordable. Good Food

Located at the heart of Bangkok yet very peaceful and away from all the party noises. Family run, located at a walking distance from many of the capital's attraction. Most importantly it has a short cut route that takes only 8mins walk to Khaosang. The owner is very helpful and there was no problem communicating with him in English (which otherwise is a problem in Thailand, as majority do not understand English). Also the restaurant there is very good

Very old property, more so constructed keeping in mind the American standards. The sink of our toilet and the placing of washroom mirror did not serve the height standard of an average Asian.

Quiet, safe and family-friendly option. Would stay again.

Spacious, quite room in a good location. Great value for money.

Air flow in the room was a bit lacking so it was quite hot for us.

In the end I really liked the guest house, would stay there again.

The owners were really nice, we booked one more night. It was in really good location, close to the main stuff but in a calmer street.

You have to prepare to walk through a lot of stairs to get to your room. We found some black hair on the bed.

Friendly staff, quiet, near Khao Sam road

cheaper than most hotel for same type of room, quiet street and central to most things

no hot water, no sheets ( but small single blanket provide) bed hard.

good to stay, value for money, if you don't want to spend too much for accommodation :-)

location, easy to get around, near night market. try food there is quite nice too..

great location, but take a room with the AC

the location is convenient and good

if you take the room with no AC - it’s gonna be hot! the fan is ventilating much hotter air so doesnt really help anything. much hotter in the room than in the hallway/outside. and the beds doesnt really have a mattress / something soft so you’ll feel like sleeping on a floor a bit

Me and my girls enjoyed our stay, it was short but it was sweet, affordable and budget friendly stay

Park, Attractions, Sight seeing are very close and walking distance atleast 15-20 mins far apart. You can take TukTuk if you don't want to walk, affordable and you can bargain for the price a bit if you are in a very tight budget. McDo in Bangkok is half the price in Phuket. Street food are a lot cheaper, taste amazing and satisfies your cravings. Please don 't be scared to try Thai Street Food, you'll be surprise that you're palate will have a aha moment : )

Nothing really that I did not like. Just like the saying goes "you get what you paid for" I don'y expect too much for 2,800 THB for 3 nights with aircon.
